Jungle Tracking @ FRIM

This year, actually, both of us ( husband & I ) have a target to be achieved. Azam untuk tahun 2012. Biasalah nama pun manusia, pasang azam, nak tunaikannya tu yang agak payah. Kalau boleh (bukan KALAU, MESTI buat), we want to change our weekend's activities. Nak masukkan aktiviti for exercising. Iyelah...umur memasing pun bukan makin muda lagi. Dah masuk 3 series pun. Kalau boleh lifestyles pun kenalah tukar.

Lagipun, anak-anak pun dah besar. So, we're decided to concentrate on our activities lah pulak. Kalau dulu, penat membesarkan anak, bersengkang matalah, tak tidur (this is not mengungkit, ok)...kini tibalah masa untuk spend for our own activities.

Last weekend, tertunailah hajat aku dan husband nak pegi jungle tracking. Kitaorang pilih FRIM for this activity. Nak start jogging, lelah jugaklah sebab dah lama tak exercise. So, kitaorang started by walking meredah hutan kat FRIM. Walaupun namanya, berjalan-jalan jer....tapi Masya ALLAH....tersemput-semput jugaklah aku dibuatnya. Aku yang terkebelakang, husband aku & Ibrahim dah menonong ke depan.

For the first time, my heart is 'working' so hard. Best sangat sebab rasa 'something'. Rasa satu perasaan yang sangat 'release'. The oxygen is pumping to the brain smoothly. Before this while, otak aku tak banyak pump oksigen kot. Sebab tulah, asyik sakit kepala jer. InsyaALLAH, we will keep continuing for this activity.

Besides enjoying ourselves with the nature, one thing yang aku terperasan ialah almost 80 percent Chinese did this activity. Yang Malay tak ramai pun. Why...huh...? At the park also, you will see mostly Chinese yang walking, jogging. For Malay, they prefer on picnic. I'm not racist, but I'm talking based on my observation. Kat kedai mamak pun sama, mostly Malays yang banyak lepak & makan. Especially during dinner time. Ermmm.....it's time to change!
